Just 3 km from a village which has shops, butcher, bakery, cafe, restaurants, garage, mairie, medical services,  and a good camp site for caravans and mobile homes.  Autun is the nearest large town, whilst it is suitably located for   Le Creusot town & TGV station, Chalon, Chateau Chinon.  
There are many archeological sites with the area, a roman amphitheatre still in use, also the only cemetary dedicated to the Maquis.
